Translation

Since earning my degree in Translation and Interpreting in 2009, I have worked both as a freelance translator and as an employee for different companies and translation agencies (see details on LinkedIn).

Currently, I am a full-time freelancer, with clients across the globe, so I am used to working across different time zones and employing a range of organization tools, such as Asana, Trello and Teamwork. I translate from English, French and Italian into Spanish, and from Spanish into English. 

The majority of my clients would fall under the broad umbrella of e-commerce, but they span a variety of fields, everything from travel, arts and fashion to IT consulting. I have experience in all areas of translation, including localization, transcreation, UX translation, SEO adaptation, and proofreading.

I specialize in creating and localizing content specifically for the Spain market, using Castilian Spanish expressions and keeping up-the-minute with local trends. However, when called for, I can also employ very neutral Spanish to target a broader audience, since I worked as a professional translator in Peru and have traveled extensively in Latin American. I also have many Latino friends, so I am familiar with their culture(s) and the different variations of the Spanish language, which have always held a particular fascination for me.
